Inspectors found several violations during the inspection, including significant food safety violations. Other findings included missing handwashing signs in restrooms, gaps at exterior doors that could allow pests to enter, a missing splash guard at a handwashing sink, improperly stored utensils, rusted or lined shelving, leaking sink drainpipes, a missing backflow prevention device on the ice machine, restroom fixture issues, poor lighting, a stove not fully under ventilation, and incomplete allergen training records for some certified food managers.
