5:30 am purchased Bacon Egg cheese biscuit meal with coffee and 2 creamers. Within 1-2hours stomach started hurting and kept getting worse. By 11:00am I had to throw up. Head started hurting and was feeling cold chills. Left work at 12;30 pm Went home and laid down and stomach was starting to hurt again. Another round of throwing up around 3:00pm. It’s now 7:30pm and I feel much better but a little weak. Drinking some Campbell’s chicken noodle soup broth. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
