- comments: observed no health policies on site at time of inspection. Left template and instructed to maintain verifiable health policies signed by all employees on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010. No citation issued.

- comments: observed mike antonopoulous touching multiple sandwiches with bare hands while filling buns with sausages and adding french fries to paper containers. During inspection mr. Antonopoulous put on gloves. Instructed to use gloves whenever handling ready to eat fooods. Priority violation 7-38-010. Citation issued.

- comments: observed washbowl sink in rear toilet room maintaining improper temperature of 60. 2f. Instructed to repair sink so that it is capable of delivering hot water under pressure between 100-120f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
