- comments: found approximately 60 mouse droppings in the rear prep area on the floor next to the 1-door freezer, behind the oven, underneath the onion storage shelf, and next to the boiler. Management instructed to clean and remove all mouse droppings from all affected areas and to contact pest control to eliminate all pest activity from the premises. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: found heavy grease accumulation inside the fryers on the cooks line. Instructed management to detail clean fryers and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found no mop sink on site. Instructed management that at least one service sink (mop sink) or curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided for the cleaning of mops and disposal of mop water/similar liquid waste.

- comments: observed cardboard being used as floor mats in the rear prep area. Must remove and provide floor coverings that are a non-absorbent, non-corrosive, smooth, easily cleanable surface.
