- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 125 or more mice droppings on floor inside of unused walk in cooler,rear storage shelves and under prep table. In mopsink closet,under several display shelves and chip display on sales floor,service counter floor and window sills,office area. Also a dead decayed mouse on floor in between cooler and reach in freezer. Must remove droppings and dead mouse. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/26/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '3/4-1' gap along bottom of front door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: must repair or replace worn door gaskets on reach in cooler doors #1,2,3,& 4.

- comments: must clean dust build up on shelving units at service counter,soda display shelves. Unused saw machine,prep tables.

- comments: must elevate,remove and organize articles off of floor and away from walls in rear area,service counter area,unused prep area.
