Had cinnamon raisin bagel, cream cheese and small coffee with cream on 3/28/022 at 1:00pm. Did not have much at home, so dinner time at 6pm was just cereal. Certain that I got food poisoning there. Woke up in the middle of the night - sweats, ready to pass out, bad nausea and diarrhea. Took prescription promethazine and within a couple of hours was better. The bagel tasted fresh, The coffee in hindsight was lukewarm, tasted off and the creamer that I used was date tagged 09:00am. I suspect the coffee and/or the cream had spoiled and carried unsafe amounts of bacteria. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating, Night Sweats

The restaurant manages its coffee sales by pouring it into a thermos bottle set out on a countertop for self service. Unlike others that heat and brew the coffee and keeps it hot and safe to drink. Also, the cream is put in a small thermos, but they do not rotate them off the counter every two hours as a safety measure. Both the cream and coffee thermos must be washed well and disinfected with a drop of bleach before reusing.
