- comments: observed open cup of coffee on prep table. Instructed manager to provide closed lid containers for employee beverages to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed front handwashing sink not accessible for handwashing, handwashing sink filled with multiple utensils and hot water handle in poor repair. Instructed manager to remove all items and repair the hot water handle on the handwashing sink for proper handwashing. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed no handwashing signs at handwashing sinks in prep and dishwashing areas. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

Instructed person in charge to label all bulk containers with common name of ingredient and maintain. 51-observed small leaks at front and rear handsinks near dishwasher and front three compartment sinks. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain. 55-observed excessive clutter and stacked items in the front service area of the dining area as well as the bar. Instructed to declutter, remove unnecessary items, organize and elevate items at least 6 inches off floor to prevent pest harborage. Observed floor to be damaged and not smooth and easily cleanable in the rear walk-in cooler (raw meat storage). Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
