I ate a petite filet mignon, baked potato with sour cream and butter, grilled asparagus, side of mushrooms in gravy, bread, and a wedge salad with sweet tea and lemon. Ate this dinner on Saturday night, October 5, 2019 around 6:30pm. Awoke suddenly with urgent vomiting and diarrhea at 6:00am on October 6, 2019. Also had severe stomach cramps, weakness, dizziness, and fatigue. Currently, at 2:00pm on October 6, 2019, I still have all symptoms except vomiting has stopped. I am extremely nauseous, and am staying in bed. No appetite whatsoever. Beware this restaurant! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
