- comments: observed no paper towels at hand washing sinks in men's and women's public bathrooms. Must provide paper towels at hand washing sinks in bathrooms at all times. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

Instructed to install hand sink in front with hot and cold running water which is accessible for employees to wash hands or move hot holding unit to rear prep near accessible hand washing sink or remove hot holding unit from premises.
