Food Safety Report: Panda Express, Concourse A, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, United States

1 year ago reported by user-bkkq3844 business

Panda Express, Concourse A, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, United States

Salt Lake City, 84116 Utah, United States

I ordered a bowl with half chow neon and half fried rice with honey walnut shrimp. I wanted brown rice but they didn’t have it so I just ordered the half chow mein and half fries rice. The food tasted horrible. The fried rice was somewhat hard and the honey walnut shrimp breading was falling apart. It tasted horrible but I was still able to eat half of the bowl because I was so hungry from being at the job site all day and then having to fly back home. That night I had a very bad stomach ache. When I got up early in the morning for work I had to run to the restroom to go and I had really bad diarrhea. It was so runny and stinging when it came out and the entire day, every hour, I had to go to the restroom. And until today I have bad diarrhea . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
