Group Sick After Pizza Night - Papa John's, Wilmington North Carolina

ordered 1 large thin crust sausage black olive pizza, 1 medium pepperoni and cheese hand tossed pizza, 6 count garlic parm chicken wings, 1 Philly cheese steak papadilla 30-40 mind after eating, group of 6 (3 young children) started experiencing symptoms. Diherra and severe stomach cramps. All 6 had diherra, severe stomach cramps, nausea, indigestion throughout the night and continued to next day. 1 of 6 had all above symptoms in addition to severe and excessive vomiting that has continued for over 24hrs. 2 of young children also had several attacks of excessive and forceful vomiting throughout course of night that continued to next day. All 6 have been unable to keep sips of any fluids, or crackers, and oth r types of food down without accompanied diherra and or vomiting. 1 of 6 with severe vomiting is now experiencing severe dehydration and related symptoms and is needing to seek medical attention | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Indigestion
