Observed 10 flying insects landing on the wall in the bar area located in the dining room. Observed 4 flying insects landing on the counter at front counter in the dining room area. **Warning**

Non commercially packaged raw snapper stored above several bags of French fries in the reach in freezer unit located in the kitchen. High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. shredded mozzarella cheese (54°F - Cold Holding); raw snapper (45°F - Cold Holding) per operator products held less than four hours in the reach in cooler unit next to the kitchen entrance. Per operator product haven't been prep or portion today. Operator moved product to the walk in cooler. Italian sausage (64°F - Cold Holding) per operator product held less than four hours in the flip unit in the cook line. Per operator product haven't been prep or portion today. Operator added ice to cool down product. **Warning**
