I had lunch at Pizza Hut on Friday 7 April 2017, and had the deep pan personal Hawaiian pizza and then treated myself to the salted caramel cookie dough dessert. The only other food I had was the leftover pizza in the evening, but it had been refrigerated. The symptoms started around 5am the next morning, and gradually became worse. I've been sick for three days, and finally saw the GP today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
