- comments: 3-302. 11 (a:1-2) observed water leaking from ceiling tile above prep chicken station. Instructed to relocate mentioned station until cause of leakage is repaired. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued. 11-5-21 unit remains tagged. Leakage not repaired. However, the unit is moved away from under the said ceiling tile.

Must replace both aluminum sides or replace the ice machine. Broken shelf under the prep chicken unit, repair(smooth and easily cleanable)or replace.

Must clean and sanitize. #55) 6-201. 11 found walls in poor repair by walk-in cooler and deep fryer area. Must repair. Priority violation: 7-42-090,citation issued.
