- comments: 6-501. 111----still observed over 100 mice droppings throughout the facility along baseboards, on shelving, equipment, throughout all areas. Must remove all droppings, sanitize all areas.

- comments: 4-602. 13--- all shelving throughout storage and prep dirty, metal rack shelving in walk-in cooler with food debris. Must clean all. ----on compartment sink with dirt and excessive food debris. Must clean. 4-601. 11(b)--- all interior and exterior of cooking equipment, coolers, and freezers throughout, all bulk food containers dirty with food debris and grease. Must clean.

- comments: 5-501. 12--- outdoor garbage corral with paper garbage, cardboard, and other debris such as wood on the grounds surrounding the waste receptacles. Must remove, clean all areas.

Must clean all. ----missing grout in tiles in various areas in the walk-in cooler. All with food accumulation. Must replace missing grout. ----all noted holes behind hot water tank and walls must be sealed.

Must clean. #54-5-501. 115 noted outside (by the exit door) surrounding of grease container not maintained, grease on the ground/pavement which dripped from waste oil container. Instructed to detail clean and maintain area mentioned priority foundation violation.
