- comments: observed 2 hand sinks in prep area inaccessible or not maintained. Hand sink in rear cook line does not come on (sensor/metered facuet). Hand sink in dish area not properly functioning (sensor). Must maintain all hand sinks at all times. Hand sink sensor repaired at hand sink in dish area at time of inspection. All employees at cook line instructed to use nearby hand sink in prep ara. Cook line hand sink must be repaired. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed approximately 40 small, black flies on walls and ceilings in salad prep area, dish room/ cake prep area. Must detail clean and sanitize these areas. Must contact pest control to minimize pest issue. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed excessive grease accumulation on panini press in sandwich prep area. Must detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.

Must detail clean and maintain same. Observed liquid and food debris in large gaps between tiles in the following areas: on floors near fry area (in prep); and in cake prep/dish area. Must re-grout to fill gaps between tiles. Must keep floors even, smooth and easily cleanable. Observed excessive pooling of liquid and grease on floor near utility sink in rear of kitchen (near walk in cooler area. Must detail clean and sanitize. Must keep floors clean and dry to prevent pest harborage.
