- comments: observed tcs foods at improper temperature stored in sandwich prep cooler found internal temperature of the following food products. Sliced turkey, sliced salami, sliced roast beef and sliced ham at 47. 4f instructed all tcs foods must maintain cold holding temperature of below 41. 0f. Manager voluntarily discarded foods during inspection about 10 pounds costing $15. Priority violationi 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no covered receptacles inside of guest toilet rooms. Instructed to provide.
