I ate lunch there at about 2:30 on April 26, 2016. I had a burrito with ground beef, white rice, black beans, Pico de Gallo, corn salsa, salsa Verde, cheese, sour cream, and a side of queso. I started feeling stomach cramps within a couple of hours of eating, then later in the evening I felt achy, disoriented, sharp abdominal pain, chills, and nausea.
