Salmon Meal Sparks Infection - Red Lobster,

Had the salmon dish, 6 days later I was on the toilet with large amounts of blood and mucus. Contacted the doctor, they had to probe me and said I have UC, (ulcerative colitis). After the blood results found out that I had a severe infection from something I ate and the incubation time lined up perfectly. Did not eat anything else that carries that specific bacteria, will not return anytime soon. The blood slowly reduced but could have been worse. Law suit congress to mind but to prove that is on their side. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Mucus in Stools
