- comments: violation codes: 6-501. 111 inspector comments: observed evidence of appx. 60 or more mice droppings on unused meat slicer sitting on rear storage shelf,on floor next to toilet. Appx. 25 or more live small flies flying around premises and inside of mopsink basin where there area soiled wet towels and scrubbers. Must remove items from sink and clean. Must remove mice droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/26/21. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
