- comments: 2-301. 14 observed a food handler displaying poor hygienic practices. Observed a male food handler eating potato chips then proceed to grab gloves to prepare foods without washing his hands. Instructed to always properly wash hands prior to putting on gloves to prepare foods and to review proper hygiene with all food handlers. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-010.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 10 live small flies flying around the drink station, about 10 live small flies flying around the rear food prep area and about 20 live small flies flying around and on the walls in the toilet room. Instructed to eliminate pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 2-402. 11 observed the male food handler with a beard and without a beard guard. Instructed to provide at all times.

- comments: 3-304. 15 observed the male food handler not properly using gloves without washing hands prior to putting on the gloves to prepare foods. Instructed to properly use gloves and review proper hygiene with all food handlers.

- comments: 6-501. 11 observed a heavy leak coming from the 2 door cooler condenser and spilling onto the floor in the front food prep area. Instructed to repair.
