I had a 6” ham, provolone, spinach, tomatoes, onions, and cucumber sandwich with mayo on Italian herbs and cheese bread. Let me tell you what, after about 4 hours of it noticeably just sitting in my stomach I started burping and having the worst heart burn, nausea, and the absolute most uncomfortably stomach pain of my life. This food is poisoned with preservatives and other horrible toxins. This pain lasted until I finally threw it all up. After that I felt great. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Burping
