Steak Wrap Causes Illness - Subway, Bloomington Illinois

Chipotle steak and cheese wrap. Shredded cheese, g. Pepper, onion, lettuce, pickle, banana peppers, Chipotle sauce, parmesan cheese. Approx 3 to 4 hours after eating only half the wrap I because nauseated which led to violently vomiting and eventually heaving (9:00p.m. on 3/21/18 until approximately 3:00p.m. on 3/22/18) during the evening and night of the 22nd nausea came and went. Also had a fever of 101.5 and stomach pains. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
