Ordered a foot long Italian herb and cheese, chicken teriyaki, all included salads except lettuce, old English cheese, no add ons, sweet onion and thousand Island sauce. Partner got the same bread, meat, cheese, and sauce, but only gets lettuce, onion, capsicum as salad so it must have been olives, jalapenos, spinach, cucumber or tomato. Had it for dinner at around 8pm last night, this morning and all day I've been to the bathroom 10+ times, and every time it's been through the eye of a needle. I thought I was going to sneeze and had to run to the loo just in case. Had to doordash more toilet paper because I wasn't game to walk 200m down the road to the shop and get it myself. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
