We ate at 8pm last night. I had a 6” ham on italian with lettuce, tomato, onions, light mayo, and vigarette. My husband and daughter shared at footlong steak and cheese (provolone) with bacon, lettuce, and salt and pepper.

By 10pm my stomach felt uneasy. This morning I am in quite a bit of pain in my stomach. I told my husband to which he responded he was too. When i asked my daughter, she also was experiencing stomach pains.

The only common thing we ate was lettuce! | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
