Went on 07/16/2019 around noon for lunch. Was feeling fine when I got there. Ordered a club which included ham turkey and roast beef. I topped it with provolone cheese spinach and mayo. About an hour after eating I had an explosive diarrhea attack with stomach pain. Made through the day sweating profusely with severe stomach pain.. Laid down at once home with cold cold chills getting up every 30 minutes or so for more explosive dirarhea. Vomited multiple time through the night and next day. Two days later the vomiting has stopped but still have the stomach pain and explosive dirarhea. I ate at subway against my best judgement but never again this was it for me. Lesson learned the hard way. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sweating
