Went on 07/16/2019 around noon for lunch. Was feeling fine when I got there. Ordered a club which included ham turkey and roast beef. I topped it with provolone cheese spinach and mayo. About an hour after eating I had an explosive diarrhea attack with stomach pain.… See more
