I ate at Taco Bell on June 30, 2018. I had a steak power bowl that included guacamole, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, rice and sour cream. I started feeling sick about two hours after I ate my meal. I started to feel weak and clammy, I initially didn't realize what was going on until I went to sit in my car and immediately started to vomit everywhere. This incident lasted most of the night and subsided early morning on July 1, 2018. I'm never eating at Taco Bell again I had the worse stomach pain of my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain
