Symptoms: Diarrhea Nausea Fever

In the evening of 07/13/2016 I ordered a super Burrito, 3 tacos, nachos, and a coke. After eating two tacos, some nachos, and while munching on the burrito I became severely sick with major abdominal cramps, profuse sweating, weakness, diarrhea, and my scalp felt like it went through a flash fire. Took two days to get over it, still not at a 100%. I called the store that night to warn them of what happened, the associate took my name, phone #, and transaction I'd # and said a Manager would call me back, no one ever called back.

This was on a Friday, I missed work half a day on Thursday and all day Friday. I didn’t eat much over the weekend, I rested and took the Zofran for nausea. I went back to work Monday and felt nauseous all day, I only ate a yogurt. That night I ate rotisserie chicken and carrots from Walmart and immediately threw it up. I threw up and had diarrhea for several hours. My stomach started hurting and cramping severely. I took pepto bismol twice, threw it up both times, took the Zofran, threw it up. My husband took me to the ER at 11:30 pm, I was running a high fever, could not stand up straight, was doubled over in severe pain. I was admitted for Colitis and Diverticulitis, which I had never had before. Because I had not been eating I was also in ketoacidosis and my Dr said if I had not went to the hospital when I did I would have been dead by morning. I was in the hospital in ICU for 3 days on IV fluids and IV antibiotics, unable to eat and in severe pain. After I got to come home I had to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks, I lost 7 lbs during the 3 days I was in ICU and I will never eat there ever again. See Less”

“Got 2 super tacos around 9pm Saturday night. Went home, ate them, got into bed around 1145pm. Woke up around 1:30am feeling awful, extreme intestinal cramping, loose stools and nausea. Got prescribed Zofran. Couldn't get prescription, that evening. That night same story, so sick I couldn't sleep. Took a day off work, diarrhea turned into a yellowish mucus, got the Zofran. By then nausea wasn't so bad and all discomfort/pain moved into intestines. Finally managed to nap from 1pm to 3:15pm, had a verified fever of 101.7. Fever broke multiple times during nap. Symptoms persist 2 days after eating there. I'll NEVER eat there again. See Less”

“I ate a taco salad, the shell tasted like it was fried in old oil (almost tasted like throw up). I began feeling nauseous about 3 hours later and began throwing up the salad after about 7 hours. See Less”
