10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: previously was instructed to install a hand washing sink in rear coffee /tea station prep area. Observed fresh brewed tea in rear reach in cooler at this time. Must install a hand sink with hot and cold running water and maintain. (priroity foundation 7-38-030(c)

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of receiving man door. Must make door tight fitting.

43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on dish storage shelves.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed splash guard at hand sink in dish washing area. Must repair and maintain. Must remove rust from lower shelf of prep table in main prep area.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no temperature measuring device at the plate for a high temperature dish machine. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: must clean debris build up from grill table and fryer cabinet,walk in cooler fan guard covers.

- comments: must provide a back flow device on all coffee and tea machine to be seen for servicing.

- comments: must repair or replace broken concrete in walk in cooler #2 and peeling paint on floor in walk in cooler #3.
