- comments: observed no hand washing sign for rear dish washing area hand sink must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed appx. 25 or more live small flies on walls in mopsink area,on upper walls in front prep area,flying around middle prep area and dish washing area. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/6/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
