High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At walk in cooler, conch fritters (48°F - Cold Holding); sliced cheese (48°F - Cold Holding); milk (47°F - Cold Holding); chicken (50°F - Cold Holding); butter (48°F - Cold Holding); rice (48°F - Cold Holding). Cooler serviced less than 4 hours ago. Cooler was working properly yesterday as reported by the manager. The door was open during scheduled service allowing the ambient temperature to rise to 50°F. Items removed from cooler to another walk in cooler and ice bags applied. Service call made. **Corrective Action Taken**
