- comments: observed an infestation of appx. 1,000 or more of mice and rat droppings scattered throughout premises in and on boxes of food and paper goods on storage shelves,under and around food and paper storage shelves,on top of unused glass reach in cooler,wall outlet covers,along wall bases behind and in between crates garbage cans,chest freezers in storage areas,on floor along wall base next to 3- door reach in cooler,behind cooking equipment, on both sides of cashier counter,on floor in furnace & hot water tank room,dry food & paper storage areas,on stairs leading to front basement stairs and under rear basement stairs,on floor in basement mixed in with dirt and debris build up,on floor and on shelving units in office. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/27/2021. (priority 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
