- comments: observed grease buildup, food debris and spills on interior and exterior surfaces of grills, fryers, cooking equipment, beverage machines, cup holders, holding units, prep coolers, prep freezers, rolling carts, shelving units, cabinets, in prep, storage, dish washing, and drive thru areas. Instructed manager to clean and sanitize all food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment.

- comments: observed leak under front hand washing sink. Instructed manager to repair.

- comments: observed inadequate lighting in outside walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to provide adequate lighting and maintain.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2556577 on 6-1-22:38: observed seven live roaches crawling on floor under grill, along wall behind hamburger well, inside compartments under grill, on shelves and floor under front counter, on floor inside coat closet. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority 7-42-090 citation issued
