- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more live small flies on walls,ceilings, boxes in dining area,hallway outside of toilet room,prep areas,dish washing area, rear paper goods storage area,front service counter area and 5-6 live large flies flying around premises. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/6/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
