- comments: 3-501. 16(a:2,&b)observed tcs foods at improper temperature in three door refrigerator, 1 lb tomatoes at 47f, 3lbs. Of ground beef patties at 53f, 180 eggs at 49f,5lbs of bacon at 47f, 20 lbs yogurt and 30lbs soft serve mix at 55f. Instructed operator to dispose of and denature all tcs foods found at improper temperature. Approximate value $500. Citation issued priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: 4-301. 11 upon inspection observed three door refrigerator at improper cold holding temperature, unit was found to be unplugged and holding at inadequate temperature of 60f. Unit tagged and held for inspection by cdph. Instructed to always maintain cold units at 41f or below. Priority violation citation issued 7-38-005

- comments: 6-501. 13 observed build up of grease on floors throughout establishment, as well as build up on and around all units and cooking equipment. Instructed to clean and maintain. Core violation no citation issued.
