yesterday breakfast sandwich very greasy sandwich, friend also had greasy sandwich with meat on it. we both felt sick and i immediately felt bloated/uncomfortable after eating. i had diarrhea within 3 hours of ingesting the breakfast sandwich  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I got breakfast for my wife and daughter on 03/27/26 at around 8-9am. Wife had a stomach pain later around 3pm and got really ill but my daughter was fine, only because she had something else probably. Bought a large coffee in 7-11 and consumed it. 3 hour after, consumer started vomiting and having diarrhea continuously for the next 2 days. Consumer had to go to ER and given meds, but still continuing to have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

Stopped for lunch while we were out shopping for the day for my birthday. I had a chicken salad sandwich and my mom had a chicken fontega sandwich.
