Ordered take out from Noodle Bar. Pad Thai and beef noodles. Was up all night with painful stomach cramps and vomiting. Started about an hour after eating and lasted several hours  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps

My partner and I both experienced severe stomach pain and diarrhea after spending a weekend at the resort. We ate at the buffet on Saturday night and awoke Sunday morning with symptoms. Needless to say, the car ride home was a trying one!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
