I bought hotpockets for months didnt notice that some were tampered with. The seal was broken. I had blood in my stool. Squeezed and no air loss on sealed hot pockets. I showed employee the expired and broken seal hot pockets and removed from shelf. I couldnt work for 1 day and a half.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Chicken salad,   Was just I had the salad and Symptoms started approximately 12 hours including stomach pains and constipation, fever,chills,Then was told to have a good one by the lady that gave me the salad but I haven’t had a good one since I ate the salad  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Constipation

I ate Brookie, I had severe cramping of my intestines approx an hour after eating packaged Brookie they sell at register . I had large amount of diarrhea along with intermittent nausea and feeling like I was going to vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

pizza, Less than 30 minutes after eating before I was sick. Started as gas, severe stomach cramps, sweating, hot then cold, nausea, metallic taste in my mouth, diarrhea and vomiting. It was fairly short in duration - 30-45 minutes total with ~6 vomits to expel all the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating, Gas
