Ate a taco salad at 5:30 pm on Tuesday May 22nd. Woke up early Wednesday morning with chills, fever stomach cramps, diarrhea and a severe headache. Two days later, still having symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Cramps, Chills
