Ate a small strawberry vanilla cake parfait, woke up in the middle of the night with violent vomiting and diarrhea. I had two bowls of Lucky Charms. One at night and then in the morning the next day. I then proceeded to get constipation, insane amounts of gas that was hard to pass, painful stomach cramps, and a headache that took hours to clear up.. I heated up an individual serving of Stoufers lasagna and a few minutes after eating it completely I started to get body aches, fever and chills. This began a very long night diarrhea and vomiting.
