I ate the kids meal chicken teriyaki and chow mien on 07/12/2026 the next morning I woke I had intense diarrhea and was freezing and had to go to the hospital and was later diagnosed with food poisoning and given meds to treat it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills

Son ate the chicken Parmesan sandwich, his symptoms lasted over 7 days. Fever lasted a few days, diarrhea and stomach cramping lasted over a week. Severe headache & intestinal cramps followed by diarrhea starting approximately 1 hour after eating last night (7/12/2026 ~8pm). No symptoms prior to eating Panda Express. Repeated episodes of severe diarrhea starting about 1 1/2 hrs after eating & woke me up, still continuing (currently 18 hrs later).
