I had a crispy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t 30 minutes after I ate it that I felt awful. About an hour later I threw up 3 different times within a few hours. I will never eat there again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate the egg bites with the egg whites and bell pepper and felt fine. I also got a kiwi star fruit refresher. Hours after consuming both I had diarrhea and later threw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a frappe from there then about 2 hours later I got an instance pain in my stomach and had to run to the bathroom and had diarrhea and felt like I wanted to throw up And I aslo had bloody stool I thought it was just me at first but I have it another chance and the same thing happened  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain

Son ate 2 McDoubles and a Oreo McFlurry Food was ordered in early evening hours. Only 1 person ate the food. Person woke up feeling sick around 4 AM and has been throwing up throughout the day. Fever and diarrhea started around 2PM. Can not hold down fluids or medicine.
