Got pancakes and sausage around the time they opened at 4:30am. Went to bed hours later to be woken up with bad stomach pain at 11am. Ended up throwing up and having diarrhea. This is the second time this has happened to me from this McDonald’s.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

The RAW Jimmy Dean Sausage rolls are kept out refrigerated instead of frozen. 2 days in a row I had symptoms and traced it to this. Many of the coolers are leaking all over the floors and have been for few weeks.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
