I ate a hot dog and the condiments were broken and as I still squeezed some out I ate the hot dog with all condiments. Less than an hour later, I experienced severe stomach ache and diarrhea 3 times the past 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate a small strawberry vanilla cake parfait, woke up in the middle of the night with violent vomiting and diarrhea.
