Tuesday, My daughter age 4 been poorly since eating last meal here and still poorly if continues ill have to take her to hospital as its over 48hars

06/07 Update: Still poorly. 7 days on sample of stool go e to lab to find the cause  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a breakfast Monday 30th of may. Double sausage egg Mc muffin. Didn’t taste right. Hours later had bad pain in lower abdomen. I have been vomiting and had water diarrhoea since, belly cramps that Come and go and chills. It’s now Thursday and symptoms are still the same.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
