I went into Greggs around 5.30pm - I had a steak bake and a sausage roll, I came home at 2.30am I woke up to a belly ache and feeling really sick. From 2.30am till now 11.30am I have been sick 14 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken sandwich with chips and an oasis at about 12 pm after about half an hour I began to get really bad stomach cramps then after about 2 hours I came home and could not stop vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate Chicken Bhuna with rice on 14 December 2018. Developed explosive watery diarrhoea which appeared identical to the curry sauce and offensive belching on 16 Dec 2018. It has lasted for 24 hours so far. My partner ate a different meal and was fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Burping
