Served an uncooked hash brown. Cold to touch and clearly not cooked. Was put on plate by another family member. used knife and fork to cut in and subsequently put a bit in my mouth before realizing. Now 11 hours later and suffering with nausea and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Noticed a gentleman that should have been doing fries was somewhere out the back, hopefully not using the facilities in his cook uniform.
Stomach ache within a few hours of meal. Then next morning severe diarrhea and nausea. Had to take a day off work... So far!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
