On 06/24/2024 I ate at the Beltway 8 and west road chic fil a location. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal. After eating it I felt nauseous and had a strong headache. I soon began to throw up and I was on the toilet for hours. Pain went on for a whole two days. I was so weak after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Yesterday Bbq nachos at NRG stadium. I think the meat was bad. I separated it from the nachos because it didn’t taste good but anyways there is some part that I ate. My sister and his boyfriend also got sick and they ate nachos too.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Additional Information: Chicken pesto sandwich and sunrise sunset smoothie on June 29th at around 7pm. Next day, woke up with diarrhea, vomiting, chills.
