I ate the Mongolian Beef with fried rice from Bamboo Garden in the food court at Macquarie Centre yesterday late afternoon. Since 9pm last night I have been vomiting and had Diahhrea all through the night and this morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

I ordered the footlong tuna sub for lunch at around 12.30pm, it was the only thing I ate all day.
